Shipping, Receiving and Install

Quotes and signed purchase agreements do not include shipping price. All shipping invoices are on net 30 terms. A tracking number and shipping invoice will be sent to our clients once product ships.

Once products arrive it is the customers responsibility to inspect packaging and product for any damages. If package looks damaged, customers are asked to take photos and email them to our customer service team to determine how to move forward.

If your prefer to have someone install your product, please talk to your sales representative. your sales representative will connect you with the right person to install your product. There is an addtional fee for this service.
